It's probably the stress that is causing your hair fall/loss. Had this same issue 3-4 months back when I saw a bulk of my hair fall while shampooing. Went to the dermatologist and she advised me to reduce stress and get a good sleep with protein and multi-vitamin in my diet. Worked like a charm. Try these and even after doing these, you see your hair falling then highly advise you to consult a dermatologist and do know all the other techniques of stopping hair loss do no work. They might give some shine to your hair but they do not stop your hair from falling. Good Night!

@@konchogxo I took 5000IU of Vitamin D per day but like I already said some people really do not need all these tablets and supplements. Just try to control your stress and eat well.

for hair growth I would suggest putting rosemary oil diluted with coconut oil & castor oil in hair for 30 mins before shower

For my hair loss
I used mixture of aleovera jell and coconut oil before washing my hair and it turned out nice 👍🙂
I got good result and my hair grew.
