Hi Ferdy, thank you for sharing this, I tried the steps, but after all steps done, there are some problems with my website, some pictures are missing, very slow loading, maybe it's because of the tricky places, or it has somthing to do with the CDN i am using?

Thank you for this video. I found it "somewhat" useful. My site's speed went from 4.89 seconds to 2.64 seconds. Many of the things you turned on are not free for me and requires me to sign up AND change the hosting! I'm sure it would have been even better if I could access those features. Caching 3/4. I see the top pane with Elements / Console / Source / Network / Performance / etc... But I don't see the bottom pane with left bottom pane that say's NAME and off to the right Headers, Preview, etc... How do I bring that lower pane up? I did install the optimizer though, and my site appears to low a lot faster.
are the options to enable webP and compressing the images for pro users only?
because if no, whenever i try to enable these options, i get an error popup that says "error" and thats it.

I had w3 cache on my site and was ranked a B I accidentally added wp rocket and now Im a c what do you recommend? Do you fix this type of thing and can you set up on my site? I tried adding the optimizer and got: 232ms not good

Hi Chris, you are having a high inodes usage on siteground or some other hosting provider?
@@rlvntt I was with a different hosting provider and have now just changed to Siteground
@@ChrisLucasDesigns If you need to reduce your inodes usage you have to get rid of some files. Maybe you have unused files you can remove or you could move static assets, like images of your site to S3 or a service like that.
Hi Ferdy you say we can use siteground even if you are not using their hosting. When I got to the site to use the siteground optimiser it is asking to login but I don't have an account. I cannot see a way to signup to the site either.

This is now for free Ferdy, we should have SiteGround hosting, which isn't the best and not cheap at all. There isn't any cPanel and if i remember well, you moved out of them 1-2 years ago. What changed and you came back to them? Can you explain us? Thanks in advance!

most of the settings that u did gives error and cannot be activated

Then you already have the plugin on your website. Download the plugin from Wordpress.org and replace the folder through the filemanager.

Hi Ferdy, I'm devastated to say that I was using Cloudways and they have deleted my website from the server (insufficient funds due to my c/credit expiry date lapsing) This happened just 15 days after payment was due. I am not hosted with siteground, the only features Ferdy specifically said in this video that will only work for siteground hosted website did not work for me. My site now reads performance grade 93, page size 202.5kb, load time 273ms, requests 9. Note i also watched and followed verbatim this video: How to speed up your wordpress website (in just 5 steps) by website learners on youtube, before i followed ferdy video

I know there is data to ‘prove’ speed affect sales but in reality does it? After all there’s data to prove pretty much anything these days. Blazing fast sites can still render slowly if the user is on a 3G mobile network. The visitors speed experience of a website is largely affected by the users internet speed, are we really supposed to believe someone spends more money on a 5g connection over a 4g connection? If our kids are streaming Netflix whilst we are shopping online do we spend less? Endless SEO tests show that whilst Google says speed is a ranking factor it isn’t or it is such a small factor that other boosts outweigh a site that fails CWV. And with the business website getting around 414 monthly searches, a little over 13 visits a day or 1 an hour, is caching to be able to have more visitors a valid benefit? How many of your subscribers are going to have worry about their site going viral on Reddit? I totally get why we should implement measures to speed up our websites but for the vast majority of website owners it won’t make a noticeable difference at all. Context is important when talking about issues like this.
