Continue to seek forgiveness and strength from Allah, and seek the means to putting an end to the addiction.
We are in Ramadan, if you can keep away from the halal for the sake of Allah, then you can keep away from the haram - It's not impossible.
Do not be alone, nor be with bad company.
Learn about the science of addiction, both general and the one afflicting you. Be prepared for the hardships about to come. They say the first 30 days are most difficult.
Control your desires, and do not allow your desires to control you.
Whenever you feel the urge to do it, go into a public setting and/or distract yourself with good (reading Quran, praying, etc.)

And my advice to you my dear brother is, to not stay alone stay with people who are good muslims, who remind you of Allah azza wa jal. Do halal activities as a shield against any haram desires. May Allah protect you and us from the Shayateen
