Let me know anything else you would like me to cover in a video
You nailed it with the idea of learning why to make a decision rather than following a list
With that, maybe a video regarding why a skill is important for specific characters / useless skills / etc
Cheers mate 🎉
Skills for lesser played characters. Everyone has already covered all the major SSRs
"What units to save for in the future"
Please make talent guide, thanks
Thank you volkin! your voice sounds so delicious as always
Yes, we need that really quick and dirty basic recommendation skill tree guide
theres a spreadsheet going round with each SSR and what the taiwan meta recommends. can find on the SOC subreddit
Reddit has one. It’s not 100% for all characters but it the main ones CN and I think Taiwan? Are using.
@@dananismcan you send a link pls?
Would be nice if we can get a tierlist for Epic characters.
not even playing this game but wanted to hear the aussie gacha guy speak to me because i was taught not to make any mistakes in life. thanks volkin
Quick and dirty is good, though I like testing and deep dives. For example, I saw a lot of players recommend immediately unlocking both of Gloria's RK3 skills and honestly, that helps a lot.
Also, I'm really excited for you to give more deep dives into characters -- but I think a lot of people are just too afraid to use their skill point without some guidance, so even soft recommendations would be great. Really love that content creator you've shouted out, he has some images for characters that basically either say like, "One of these skills is obviously better" OR "I prefer this one, but use your judgment" -- even a soft nudge like that is super helpful.
yes - the quick and dirty of every character skill tree because why not?
we need a section on prydwen for this game lol
been waiting for this one. Just finished rerolling
For Voyage Momento Challanges it's green misson that have to be complete, and then all blue missions automatically are done, even if requirements are not met for them. Purple have to be done separately
For skill recommendations, playstyle matters a lot so if let's say you like charging in and just crashing through enemies brute force-like, some skills will be better than others. Some skills are better for players that prefer a safer playstyle. The best recommendation is to literally just read and see what benefits you the most based on what you want that specific character to do.
E.g. I like my Gloria to just charge in and kill everything so I went with Counterstrike reaction vs what Volke chose on his Gloria where he went with the more defensive option. Just with this example you can clearly see that me and Volke play very differently and neither of us are wrong because what we chose benefits our own specific playstyle.
One more example for Gloria, her Rank 3 choice of Longinus - Brilliance vs Lance of Longinus. Brilliance gives your team more buffs and energy gain which will benefit you more if you play Gloria defensively and just let her buff the team from the back. Lance of Longinus gives Gloria a ranged option and also gives herself [Potential Burst] that buffs her whenever she throws her flag away which is clearly the more aggressive and DPS oriented choice.
Sure you can still choose Lance of Longinus and play defensively but you'd be wasting the 20% Def that [Potential Burst] gives if you just let her hang in the backrow vs choosing the other skill that benefits a more defensive playstyle.
Quick and dirty skill build please, the dirtier the better.
You really need to use Castalia to unlock Gloria rank 3 other skill ASAP. Both skills are core to her gameplay and even if you don't use the support skill, it transforms to a great Sword skill when you use the skill Longinus Lance so you have two Sword skills after doing so.
It really makes her even stronger
Also remember, we can only bring 3 skills, 1 basic attack, and 1 reaction to a battle. Don't try getting 2 reactions for a character and expect to use them both.
I love how this game is gets difficult af as you make it towards the endgame
Definitely nice to have a guide for the more popular skills to choose from the skill tree to popular units like Gloria and Maitha, or even good SR units for F2p players at the start. Currently I'm simply unsure which to pick for their short term prowess or longevity so I still left mine unchosen, which might hurt progression. Maybe share the meta skill picks for characters? I'm sure some heroes are only in a specific tier due to key skills from their skill trees which are must-picks for that unit.
For tree i just aking question to myself : what i want of X character and i up that way. If i use my healer i don t need magic attak up. If i use tank, i don't want dmg i focus on one different point decided by the character
Some healers heal based on their magical attack it seens
@@magnussir4664 yeah some heal depend of %mag atk i saw that ^^ i just talk generally, i prefer a skill who gives heal on a healer than a spell who protect cause i already have someone with this kind of spell hope to be understandable, am french it s little bit hard to wrote english ^^
@@cellenthyl4471 its fine, i am also not perfect with my english as i am not from the USA
@@magnussir4664 haha thx ^^
Just some extra info, your first clear doesn't use up your dialy try for a stage, meaning, for example Memory retrival doesn't use your daility try if it's your first clear of a stage, works for every other mission type that has daily limits afaik.
And about the skill trees, it's kinda rude talking about other content creators but you have talked about them before so I guess it's fine, TimaeuSS and Celion have some guides already and a google sheet with builds that's in the works, you could make a video talking about it just so people are aware, it's gonna save you a lot of work
In my experience just pick anything you need from that character at that point cause surely later you will get those thing to unlock other skills from event, yes might not be enough for all characters but will surely enough to unlock everything on some characters that you prioritize to build
Yes we want a quick, dirty, naughty video showing all the skills we need to put into the character.
If you didn't know, TimaeuSS has a spreadsheet and a video showing the agreed upon meta choices for skills that he's updating regularly, if you wanna reference that for any videos or shout him out and send people there to figure out skill recommendations.
I'm still in shock how lucky I was on pulls. I was rolling 4 accounts simultaneously with bluestacks and ended up rolling Gloria on the first 10 pull on one. so then I was like eh I'll take a 10 pull on col/beryl banner on all the accounts just for fun cause I was doing them all at the same time and sync'd. So... One of the other accounts got BOTH Beryl AND Col. So I started with that one haha. and I did pulls for Gloria and got her on the first legendary pop!
I think a detailed video per character and different play styles, gear and stuff would be phenomenal also so much content! :D
yes please if u have the time, a quick review/recommendation will be a great help
thanks very much for the video, I‘d also love a quick and dirty talent tree guide video! 🙏🏻
I enjoy the story guild management a lot more than the fool's journey.
It sucks i can only bring 3 of my gacha characters into the story. I had to leave Nungal behin so i can bring Inanna, Col and Beryl 😭
You got luxite radiants yet? I'm already on week 45 but still haven't found one
The confession time from you are really funny 😂
I rerolled with the free x20 summons until I got Gloria in the very beginning. Now I'm looking through videos and playing.
Yes, the recommendations for character builds would be very helpful!
I usually like reading them myself but a basic guide for each class wouldn't hurt
I recommend playing at your own will and style. That's what made FF tactics so awesome...im ignoring all this content creators from youtube.
Have fun guys
The popular or majority . Would love that mate. Skill tree caught me off guard .
I still don't understand how the spiral work. Someone said it looks like normal game like final fantasy tactics, so does that mean it won't affect my gacha version? What happen if i didn't touch it? Would i lose something?
Both are two different worlds. Doesn't effect one another even if you don't play one or the other. Personally I play spiral of destiny, because the story mode is more detailed compared to normal gacha mode. And it is really fun. I've put about 10+ hrs in spiral of destiny alone.
@@Loljpd707 but it does affect the gacha version tho. I see some mission that gives crystal currency in the event section. So if i don't want to lose the rewards i have to play the spiral too which is too much. I already spend more than 3 hours a day playing the normal version let alone another one
No ones doing all char build guide, mostly just the top meta characters, would be nice to have but its a lot of work to ask for from one person.
it's not the worst thing in the world to let people figure out how to build their characters themselves but i understand that a lot of ppl just want to be told what good builds are. i'd probably just go over which skills i find useful and in what scenarios they i think they might be useful and call it a day
The problem is that you can't refund the skills, the fact that you can't test them out yourself without getting the skills mean that you can't really find the skill that benefits you the most
@@trapchan386 yeah you just have to play it like a regular tactical RPG where you theory craft before you make the decision and just adapt as you go. the fear of making a mistake can be paralyzing but you'll be ight
Not playing this game but good luck man
The one I sort of regret was the Wish Coupon which delay my summoning. End up leveling Crimson Falcon and then shortly got replaced by Col the next day.
Fyi Beryl's 1st rank skill "look out" does give a random crystal skill rather you learned it or not .
I would love that volkin, but I'd also like a full in depth video that's 1-2 hours long,
Me casually getting 2 glorias in one pull on 20 pity and beryl on 30 pity luck loves me
Should I be upgrading the blue gear very much? I don’t want to waste resources if they get easily outclassed later on.
1:03 I may be the outlier but I don’t think such a think is necessary. I think it goes against the spirit of the mechanic for everyone to follow the same path everyone else chooses. Allow yourself the freedom of choice with this variety.
Epic character recommendations would be nice as well if you have the time.
Yes to the quick skill guide.
I tried this game out for a bit.. but it's confusing the crap out of me. I'm very early and I don't have ANY good units other than the default starter one, and I feel like it's a waste to invest in the low rank chars, but I also can't progress.. so.. not sure I'll keep going.
another mistake might be not realizing the cycle is 16 hours, not 24. i saw 240 stamina cap and assumed it was 24 hrs, but it's 1 stam/4 mins
Im subscribing bec i like your hoodie 😂
Nice tips.
i would make a guide on the story mode game mode you can finish the "dawn" event in about 12 hours of playing the story mode and there is no time gate and its super easy
i would like a quick cheat sheet of top 10-15 units skill trees.
At Gloria rk3 you should pick both skills from the start
I chose right for gloria RK1 following Celion
I would like to see videos per specific characters too
How are you gonna do a skill tree guide for the characters that dont already have optimized builds?
you dont personally test the characters yourself so how will you know what to recommend
Is there a place where I can find the recommended skill paths for every character? so far I've only found ones for the popular and strong characters? at least I didnt fu*k up Gloria, went the exact path as yours here.
just quick rough idea pls :D will be reading myself tho too
tier lsit for SR character please
In-Depth Character Review
I think instead doing to much character, its better u put up a certain (f2p) team and then u explain how ur team works, and the skill tree as well.
The rk5 of gloria i think about the counter attak can be good what do u think about it?
Pulled faycal on beginner summon then rerolled and insta got Gloria back lol
deep breaths.
My audio isn’t working. I tried to exit out the game but still nada.
Just downloaded the game but haven't touch it yet. Does the gameplay involved energy to play?
After your free roll did you save up for the beginner banner or the duo banner?
Give me those dirty skill guides
Yes do it Volkin or take your hat off in one video
How do i level up voyager level? Im stuck on lvl 27. Cant find any other way to gain exp. I need to be level 29 to continue the main story
Lol i just read the skill and see what i think/want for that character and go with that skill.
I choose the tank route for my Gloria
Hows your re-roll gone Volk? I only needed one to get my gloria 🙌
i roled for for gloria but got a inana from 26 puls but i did not get a rainbow light for her only gold when i pulled/ i have not done 30 standart banner for 1 legendary. now do i continue and go for gloria banner on this acc or do i rerol my acc ?
Keep going for Gloria save beginner banner for later
@@killakeyz7183 i just went on story mod got to level 10 got more 10 puls and got her now im happy/ but do i go for beginer now or do i go for destyned Col and Beryl ?
Do we only get 20pulls? Should i spend all hope luxite on pulls?
right in time
Is there a website that have a skill tree guide
Lets not be cheap, do 4 stamina refills per day 😅😅
There's almost no guide on what Sr to use it's all ssr....lol....does everybody have full man ssr or what lol
Those are cheap, just use what seems good. If it isn't, use another.
There's no logic to a guide to these
I suggest sr crimson falcon, lash and abyss
Yes
When do you unlock voyage momento?
yes
I got Gloria and three col
People dont even play games anymore 😂 just follow every guide, i bet every skill is good for something else, learn that choices have consequences , cons, and pros
My assured legendary was not a great pull RIP
Does the game give free castalia?
lets go
This guy be going super hard on these games and quit making content after 3 weeks the game release
Most likely because there's really nothing to cover anymore
is the game out?
My man you gotta step up with the time stamps. Please
I am completely blind and can't read. Please help.
Volkin you still rerolling? 😅
im level 23 now, lets see if i bricked my account
Lmao. You can't brick an account. Especially this early. You can easily grab any skill you missed on your main guys, and even if you don't, your unit is doing things theirs can't.
God the gacha system in this game is horrible 😭
just do a google doc, no video needed
the only mistake is playing this game
Why?
i play and follow you for the AFK journey stuff
this game? well first I wana say that to each their own, and everyone has their own preferences
but OMG this game looks awful ???
the portraits and character designs look cool but when you get to the gameplay...
i finished the intro, played one battle with "strong lady", saw her die, "we" ran out and were ambushed... and I quit and uninstalled there
this looks like a game my mum or dad might have played in their teens
but... i guess everyone has their preferences and maybe its a nostalgia feel?
Yep just preference and that's cool, it's not for everybody. On the other hand, I like it. In terms of pixel art turn-based games, I'm surprised the animation is actually of high quality (comparing it with games with the same artstyle/gameplay that I've played).
Well i not here to convince you to play but in the game a bit later we got the chance to fix the "strong lady" fate... which seem like what we do for the rest of the game to change the destiny.
Yeah, the pixel style is preference and also I think it touched upon my nostalgia a lot. I love it so much
I fking hate rerolling and I hate gacha game but I have done it, just because of this pixelated art style 😂
lets go
