Agreed on the point about circulation. Was injecting CO2 and only some plants were pearling until I adjusted the flow.

what should i do if not only my plants are pearling, but fuzz and hair algae too?

Not much you can really do... Algae are plants that also undergo photosynthesis. The only real thing you can do is to do everything you can to remove and control the algae. I've got a few videos on those topics on my channel!
