That's a sweet family tradition! I never realized that would be a thing for a whole day as my family and I just spend maybe an hour chit chatting, bring food for the deceased, light incense and pray. :) I agree, we should definitely keep the tradition alive, love and appreciate our culture.

It's so crazy to me to see you and Wah out in my hometown where I grew up and I am no longer at. The park where ya'll were roller blading was down the street from where I grew up. It's also crazy to think that I actually worked at the IKEA in Emeryville many years ago. That area has developed a lot from when I was younger.

OMG i tried rollerblading the other week and IT'S SO SO HARD!! I much prefer the inline skating (so like all the wheels are in line) instead of the 2 by 2 in rollerblading
rollerblading are inline skates. 2 by 2s are just rollerskates or quads.
