Yeah, their graphic was wrong. The gholdengo actually has metal coat (you can see it when Toler is switching out Pokemon).

Landorus
Tornadus
Thundurus
Incineroar
Rillaboom
Fluttter Mane
King Gambit
Amoongus
Chien Pao
Whimsicott
Or any team not full of starters, legendaries, mythicals, or paradox Pokemon.
I am going to choose only one part of your post to be mad at: why Whimsicott? It's cute, it's fun, it had the fortune of being decent this format (but it's already on its way out IMO, sadly). It's not even remotely as oppressive as the mons people usually get high and mighty about.

I got pretty bored with the tournaments this year. At some point you get tired of seeing the same Pokemon on every single team. I can see why that is but it was pretty boring to watch 😪.
The meta has changed quite a bit over time though it seems to me.
