+ Note : you should repeatedly test your chart on your phone, because you may find that some notes are the wrong size.
In this case you can use one of these two "events (red flag)" on the wrong note :
/1 makes a note the same size as the previous one
/2 makes a note the same size as the next one
Please report any unusaul bugs at "forums" channel on Discord ..
Tip: Never put /1 or /2 for hold note, it'll turn into transparent hold note, if that happens try moving 1 up by /128 or /192 on hold note
-my old charts are affected by transparent hold notes-
try putting /1 or /2 flags on hold notes, and see what happens

I have a kinda slow laptop, but it should be powerful enough to do this! Never charted a song before, but it doesn't look all that bad in this engine. Can't wait to try it out!

PLEASE make the beat lines align to the song, it makes it so much easier to chart. You can use CTRL right click to drag the bpm to the first beat of the song...

When I play the song and I go to watch it to play it, the game crashes and when it doesn't crash, the game doesn't load me

it says that I'm missing "sdcard/beatstar/script.js. download from the discord server" (i dont even have an sdcard slot on my phone its a galaxy s21). I can't find any file with the js extension in the discord server.
The video is incredibly well done and the concepts are very clear
But I would still prefer to wait to create a custom chart as it seems very complicated to me

It wouldn't seem complicated after making your first chart, you'll get used to it very easily!
And there isn't really a point in waiting because it'll likely never get easier to learn, unless beatstar literally adds that option themselves which they will never do. The current framework for custom charts already works so there wouldn't be a point in changing it
@@floofy_foxxo Actually you are right, but anyway I wanted to wait for a moment when I have more free time, I don't think it takes little to create a chart, especially if it is for the first time.

Well done tutorial! Creating a song on Beatstar is complex, for me I guess.
At first it was complicated for me too, after creating your first chart, you'll get used to it very easily, also if you need any help feel free to ask :)

It will not let me open the app once downloaded. It says something about the app having a bug, and to clear cache, but once I did, it still did not work

Hi ! I'm trying to install the beatclone apk on my phone because i would like to still play the original game beside modded songs, but it won't install... I tried the Beatclone and the Beatclone L but neither works, and there's no Beatclone P or LP as said in the drive explaination... what should i do ?

What is the perfect advice to adjust the speeds when encrypting the song? How can I obtain the perfect "note size"?
It mainly depends on testing your own chart, is it hard, extreme or insane, i usually use 0.85 perfect size with speed from 0.35 to 0.3 , for insane charts, of course it depends on yours

I followed every step Correctly it also shows Mod loaded but, It crashes the app when i click the Songs tab. Without clicking the support option, the song tab is opening but the moded songs are not there.
when I press support It says error reading sdcard/beatstar/songs/_____/info.json i download other 4 songs from the discord a/c u showed in the vid but it showed all 4 songs error reading sdcard/bea..... 😥 HELP!!
Please make sure that the songs files names don't contain any spaces.

It's just by leaving a small space "step" between two Consecutive notes.
Also, you should test each section from the chart on your phone, because u may find that some notes are the wrong size. In this case u can use one of these two "events" on the wrong note :

hey, can i you this mod with my real beatstar account or not?
I made the custom song, but it seems error-title-927578567. I can't play my chart song. I have 5 sections on the chart, perfect sizes 0 4580 12330 21460 30000. Why is also this?
If you still have the problem the sections are the stages as you know there are 4 stages in beatstar so you can only have 4 so remove a stage
