I dropped an iPhone 11 Pro down a super deep hot cauldron hole known as "Diana's Punchbowl" aka Devil's Cauldron to see what's inside the steaming hot water and whether the iPhone would survive! I noticed the audio from the drop test was pretty eerie. Sounded like screaming voices to me.

It's the sound of the wire unspooling, the sound wave of the unspooling travels from the spool to the phone's microphone through the wire, then it gets augmented with the water because water is an even better sound conductor than air
Also the vibration of the drone transfered by the string when it tensioned up. That is why in the first dip there is no sound bec the string is still loose. Vibration cant travel well in an untensioned string

Know what the funny thing is? Skeptics, you sound just ridiculous as you think people who are even just open to the possibility not everything can be explained.
@Brad Grant The issue with this thought is the fact that it's a plastic line, or nearly made thereof. This would make it expand and especially in such heat. If the vibrations came from the vibration of the line (fishing line) from the drone, then the heat would have cause it to expand considerably within itself causing a much deeper tone when in fact you hear 2 tones, one of which is very high pitched as it continues to get deeper. It doesn't explain the fact that you hear 2 tones at the same time or that the high-pitched tone continues on in the background as the first tone gets deeper not to mention the fact that the first run the phone made no such noise whatsoever to begin with even though the line & drone are the exact same. It's not as if the wind suddenly stopped for a moment to allow the first phone down unless you're suggesting that the uploader is an air whisperer or some such nonsense. So this theory doesn't really check out. No sound like this came out of the other phone, but once was realized came from the second.

I've listened to it several times, and the first sound as it goes in the water sounds like the sound of someone falling in, and the second lot of yells sound like someone in searing pain. There are missing people all the time, what if this is the residual sound of someone who passed away while exploring here. Their body could even be in there somewhere.
