@@Puinea I think author of this video is stupid, maybe it is need to stretch balloon in few stages, but if it so, so it is better make by air, not by hands. Stretching by hands is bad, because it is very unevenly and hard.

Try doing with a purchase of 100....have you actually ever seen a lead balloon? I did last night attempting to helium fill one of these. Beautiful concept. Painful to attempt to make them work...and with nails. Shame.

Just put it on a shop vac and use a hair dryer to warm it but make sure you move it or it will pop
she is stretching it so the balloon is able to expand to its fullest capacity not get lopsided n crocked
