It was insulting for Ruto to send someone of Sudi’s caliber to speak to this community.
Our structures have to change. A child in densely populated Mathare gets minimal bursary, while another child whose family may have hundreds of livestock is considered poor, and gets maximum bursary under the current formula. Infrastructure and development should be separated from education and healthcare. Every child deserves equal access to education funds.
aside that the burseries in central is 2000 while theirs is 50k and over and not benefitting the needy but the working class

Those who pay most of the % of Taxes, should equally get a better Share of the Revenue. Those huge in Area, will get their Share from the Equalisation Fund.
