Cool video + love the businesss. It seems like you are still involved in every aspect - curious what you think about delegating some of these tasks (like boxing, website, etc) to employees so your time can be spent on higher-level stuff.
It has to happen - need to hire that stuff out. Currently Shawn is the only other person that is full time at the business. We have run it lean for so long (good thing) but I think its at the point now where we need more hands + brainpower moving forward
