Thanks to the jdf rescue team. We are in a more safe location now, still blocked in but the members of the wheelersfield community are doing a great job in accommodating us❤ ensuring we feel welcome, fead and dry.
New roads and nowhere for the water to go when it rains
I like that reporter that reported on the lady with the water. One of the best reporters I've seen so far. He Didn't ask any ridiculous and act like he's fresh art of high school.

Hopefully the authorities will sort this problem as soon as possible...
When these works are planned to be done, they should look ahead to see if there's rain 🌧️, ect, pathways of to be cleared, if there's any built of water for it to freely run off safely...

Proper infrastructure can't do ntg about rainfall.when rain start fall the volume of water will destroy any proper infrastructure

Those families who have been affected by the storm their lives has changed in just one night. It’s very sad to behold. Who could tell them that they would be living in a river today? So sad my heart goes out for them.

@lisacarter3929. Many have been the same for the last 70 years. Our people prefer to take.....in the form of a few dollars to jump up and down during election time rather than to demand accountability of their representatives to maintain the infrastructure. There is also personal responsibility; the streets should not be used as if they were an extension of Riverton. Nastiness has a lot to do with it.
It would have been nice to hear exactly what time the sytem was expected to pass over the island, not later today.
