That Nanuk case even has the right colour for your KTM, Dragos ;-) It is more spacious than a tank bag and better protected in case of a crash. But as any case it is situated high at the back end, so the lighter the load the better the bike rides. The Nanuk topcase could also serve as a tray for your cuppa coffee. I only recently discovered Nanuk cases and found your video when searching for a solution for DR650. Great stuff. I have heard others are buying them and using them as side cases as well FYI. I have not seen such a video for the side case application but the DRRiders forum I think has some members who did it. Very cool. Don't worry too much about weight, especially if you ride 2 up where 5-10lbs of stuff is competing with a 2nd person. This case's weight will be trivial, particularly on roads. I rode an ST1100 with a top case for years with no issues on pavement. On technical rides, the bike becomes sporting equipment and needs to be tossed around so there, you might prefer the side case. I'd love to know more about the cooker and other gear you specifically go with. Looking forward to the video series about this application!

It is an incredible system and you will find tons of video about them on yt. The case looks and feels great untill now. I will see, but for the technical stull I will use the side cases and a little tail bag

M-am gandit si la asta. Dar cu un sistem bun de prindere nu sunt probleme. Ele au o rezistenta la forfecare extrem de mare si motocicleta totusi nu e super rigida are amortizor. Sunt testate de baieti prinUSA numa oe offroad cu rezultate bune. Incerc si eu. Daca nu imi place o elimin. Dar ma bucura ca pot lua la mine tot ce am nevoie
