I like on how the part where Wild Child gets teached by drivers with Naniwa plates gets marked in red, which I think that the Japanese number plate found on the Japanese version was supposed to be used for all three regions of the game, and having a Naniwa registered plate would've been his requirement to join your team.
Ah thanks, for that information. Poor Wild child, I'm not sure why we ended up with European like looking plates, any idea?
