I really wish they numbered the core classes cause that would've been cool, but the '86 core class would be in the actual '86 line making them easier to track down
Shockwave, Megatron 31 and premium finish Optimus are amazing. It's just a pity that I realized late about their acquisition. For the same Shockwave, they are now asking for at least $100. I should have taken it three years ago
2:06 The Studio Series 86 line is kind of separate from the rest of the SS line, the 86' figures are based on the original 1986 movie and those figures released in SS line have a smaller number as well, such as 86-01
Both 79 and 86-13 don't have an official release in the Studio Series Line, or or technically they do just so far they've only been released in the Buzzworthy Bumblebee toyline, which is a like a bumblebee themed subline. 79 was only released in a 2-pack with 02 Stinger and was a real tool of the old High Octane Bumblebee from the Age of Extincion Toyline back in 2014. I don't if Hasbro confirmed it they were doing a new mold for it though, but since It technically hasn't had it's own release and there's still so much left to do for AOE, it is possible. But at least due to that 2-pack release yes, 79 release is real. 86-13 is Cliffjumper in the BB line because it's a retool of bumblebee I guess? I'm not really sure on that one though. That line is kinda confusing. Especially Since 95 and 96 for Studio Series are both in the BB line only rn, and are also both NEST Repaints of Bonecrusher and Ratchet respectively. They both look cool, but I don't really know why they're in the BB line
