At the end of the video you can hear the contestant who died when wario is still alive

I love this video for how it was. I had to turn the quality for the video and saw some interesting things in the background. Like the demon slowly appearing when it's ready to kill someone, so thumbs up for that little details!👏

Wario should have getted more attention, after all he's supposed to be the main character based on the tittle. Thin Man's apparition was kinda funny of how out of context it was, but he feels like a background character except on his 2 interactions with Medic and Soldier.
With Wario you could use more lines from the games and have him interaction with the mercs, while with Thin Man using sounds from Little Nightmares 2 and making him more noticeable.
One joke idea you could use for both is malking the Thin Man having PTSD of what happened during LN 2 and seeing everyone has Six, specially Wario for his yellow colors. That way we could get an interaction between them.
