My favourite recipe so far. How can i prepare the sour mustard greens at home and can I substitute chard for the greens?
Sergio Lahaye Hi Serg.. Do you have mustard green over there.. If not don’t worry too much, for sourness, just add a little lime.. and you can use any greens.. like choi sum. bak choi or water spinach. Happy cooking 👩🍳
What noodle package do you use?
De Zhen Zhang Any flat rice noodles is fine. I don’t really stick to one brand, whatever you can find is good to use.
