Don't talk about your children at work, if you want a successful career!

You want to connect with your colleagues and build a rapport but too much talk about your children can be damaging. Whether they are problems or prodigies, remember that we are still stuck with "gender bias" and talking about your children can be perceived as "weakness".
Keep it to a minimum, as it is a bad idea to talk about anything endlessly, if it doesn't interest your audience, whether it's your weekend game of golf or your amazing offspring. May not seem fair but, if you want to succeed, keep your mind on your work, not on your kids.
