Brother, that dragon statue and behind another big snake both are we call it "Sangkni" which means "Seven Serpents" and yes it related to our Garo Mythology as well as to our Wangala Dance and Mermaid also we have a story about this statue as well. It also related to "Dombe Wari" which means "Dombe Lake" Dombe is the name of a beautiful woman. Her husband and her two children along with her when they were sleeping in the middle of the night on a very big tree house which we call "Bo•rang" all four of them were suddenly drowned under the lake which were made by these Mermaids and they all died. We have a movie drama about this story as well. If you want to know in detail, You can check it easily on youtube channel. 🙂

according to my observation garo,kuki and kachari traditional ,customs does not resonates with rest of the nagas infact these three they aligned to each other what say guys
No hate on them nor spreading hate but Kuki people inhabitated in Medziphema, peren district and also few in kohima and claiming medzi and peren district as their ancestral land is shocking. Somebody please explain i wanna know more.
