If you have forgotten or just wanting to change the combination on your Stack On gun safe then this is the video you need to watch. I’ll show you the quick and easy way to program the electronic keypad in just a few simple steps.
You will need the door open to do this so if you have forgotten the saved combination then the door key will be needed.

I was going nuts thinking a 350lb safe I dragged across the planet earth and into my gun room didn't work! Lol I almost wanted to test to see if it was bullet proof too! Lol you saved the day!!

Thank you! Our safe had a keypad where we had to pry off the face to get to some screws to get to the keyhole, everything else was applicable. 🎉🎉

I was irate with stack on safes. My manual states to push the red button, enter your 3-8 digit combo, and then hit # and it never reset the combo. Clearly a misprint

My keypad requires user to input code twice before acceptance. It was a factory replacement from my stack on safe.

Tried this several different ways and the safe has the yellow light after the red button is pushed, I insert the code and tried using both the asterisk or pound and either of them turn the yellow light off but when I try to re-enter it’ll just beep 3 times and won’t be able to unlock

Yep. Low battery. I put a new one in and it works. LOL
I pushed the red button but there is no beep. A steady yellow light comes on on the front, but I don't get any beeping sounds from pressing the red button or any of the keys on the front. I put in new batteries and same result.

Where do you install the batteries
The battery is behind the keypad.
Should be a little button on side of keypad, push in and turn keypad to remove keypad.
Where can I get a key if lost it
You would have to go thru the manufacturer to get one. But you would probably have to know the key number.

What if the key doesn't unlock the door?
Not sure why the key wouldn’t work. It will only unlock the door by inserting key in the right direction as the key is grooved different on both sides.
