For your professional needs, the solutions you've suggested are both valid and accessible. While some aspects might be open to discussion, they generally prove suitable for the majority of cases. There are more specialized channels focused on professional restoration, but for an everyday person, closely following professionals could pose potential risks. Certain skills demand hands-on experience, beyond what can be learned from videos on CZcams. I truly value your videos on these subjects.
