I am a contractor in Tamilnadu, and i provide a detailed estimate before starting, plus HIDDEN COSTS..from approval ...right upto grahapravesh expenses.
Many potential clients see the total cost and don't give the work.
They come back to me after they have been cheated by LOW RATE contractor who won't tell about HIDDEN COSTS..and run away after taking 90 percentage of the cost.
Those who accept my full estimate continue to give works for more that 20 years...once burnt twice shy!

Bilkul sahi baat kaha sir aapne contractor to bewakuf banate hai saath me local development authority ke log bhi pareshan karte hai. So iit is very difficult to construct house.

As a non technical person it is difficult to understand your construction terms and your suggestions. it would be easier for normal viewers if you can provide right method vs wrong method in video (either using pictures on the screen). best is to ask them the material required and it's quantity and purchase on your own after doing ur research. and keep checking you tube videos and the status of construction at same time. by this you are buying best quality material, and also you will be confident abt the strength of your home. I did the same. just completed my home last month. all the requirements of quality and strength matches for my case what the youtube videos suggested for best practices in construction. keep observing and learning and keep documenting the status. life would be so much easy😊❤

Yes it's true ,but the strength to the overall structure is supported by external walls and partition walls also if they are designed mainly below the beams, if possible.
