“They cant compete on even terms financially”. Whose fault is that? In the 2010’s and even in 2021 at one point Barca became more valuable than Real Madrid…. Their own mismanagement, aside from the scandal of paying 7.6 million euros over 17 years to the vice-president of the Referees, speaks volumes about why they are where they are. @vinitsagar Oh so everyone now becomes financial experts when it comes to barca? Well, first of all, anyone with some financial and ball knowledge should know that as long as barca remain in top 4 they can never go bankrupt due of the amount of money they generate yearly regardless of whether they win trophies. As bad as they seem at the end of the day they won't go more than 2 seasons without silverware. Second, there's a difference between financial fair play in la liga not allowing them to spend and not having money. It's called being in serious debt, however the la liga president himself (a self proclaimed claimed madrid fan) said barcelona are on the right track. But we still have to deal with uneducated madrid fans like you thinking they can fool us by saying negreira this negreira that while they rob almost every trophy they win.

@@diegopleitez9796 It is a proven fact that they made those payments, in fact Laporta himself did a press conference not denying the payments but justifying them alleging that they were licit, it has not been denied by the club simply because there is indeed plenty of evidence
Im not a big fan of Real Madrid at all and hate seeing them win all the time but they have so many players I love like Jude, Vini, Rodrygo and Tchouameni I can’t help but want to see them do well

Xavi is good enough. What isn’t good enough at Barcelona are the administrators and finance managers. As a Madrid fan, we know it is not a managers fault, it is the club and its administrative staff that need to figure it out to take the pressure off the managers. Real Madrid made sure they didn’t have these issues and the managers worry about futbol and the players. Barca clearly don’t

Im no barca fan by any means, but the way Xavi is being treated is very unfair. The amount of injuries he has to deal with. He had no ability to bring players that would fit into his system. He exceeded expectations last year by winning and it has now set him up for failure. Every manager needs time to build a culture and his team. Not sure anyone could have been anyone to accomplish anything with this Barca roster

@@otftigre3123 I think Barca have a really good team with a mix of experienced quality players enough that a good coach could get good results out of the team, I mean come on, look at Michel with Girona, man for man it is far inferior to Barca and they battered them in the league, add to that the fact that Xavi is basically a maniac and a spoiled child in the sidelines with absolutely no cool and for the most part a lack of tactics when it matters, the guy has no self-awareness and always has something or someone to blame when they lose, it is impossible to improve your style of play of you cannot look at yourself and recognize the problems you have as a team, Barca needs a coach with maturity and intelligence to really make the most of what they have, which I thinks is pretty damn good
