Trust me Alex u really improved so much really really good I have watching u since long times this is layla karate and i just wnt to mention it there was a back spin kick which u did it in the wrong timing otherwise u were calm and everything was prefect m really proud of u well done 🖒

Alex, you train too hard to be so relaxed...I agree in the sense you should have unleashed more fury...what were u on reserve for? Your cardio from videos you had it to not even give ur opponents a chance...I myself train very hard and its a lesson for me to not reserve and be on relentless attack...even though my competition is state i will not let that affect my normal routine...Thanks for sharing and PS your hands were dropped more often than not a more skilled opponent would capitalize tremendously on that so jus be careful it sucks to get really hard on the head.

Blimey! An area championships and there were only 3 people in your category!?!?! So the third person can lose twice and still get a bronze medal!!!
I had 5 fights for my area comp category and didn't even get a medal!!
