Want to harass someone? Just call the police on them. You wont get in trouble and the police will get to do whatever they want because they got a "call for service".
I understand that everyone has rights and shouldn't be abused by police but I always find it very weird that community members seem to always jump up at the chance to defend a violent criminal.

Not sure what ohfa means. Ovbiously Tyre and this were 2 very different incidents. Tyre allegedly committed a traffic violation that warrants being pulled over and ticketed. Instead a bunch of angry and untrained officers ripped him from the vehicle and beat to death. This guy was a known violent criminal that was known to be armed with a firearm and was actively resisting.
If they didn't take him down it could have been bad for many people standing in the area you don't know his intentions or motives!

They didn't harass some random guy, they arrested a violent criminal And the only reason he got beat up is because he was resisting arrest.
