The album is called Songs about Jane. The whole album is inspired by Jane Herman, Adam Levine's ex-girlfriend.
This Love and She Will be loved were singles. That's why it sounded familiar. It played everywhere for a while.
Harder to breathe and Sunday Morning were also singles.

In shiver’s chorus/ hook; i love the double meanings. He shivers in desire and disgust, thinks about her but its not the same as being with her (good or bad), wont be satisfied til he is under her skin (physically but also he wants her to want and crave and love him the way he does for her, like to get under her skin, in her head, etc)

Songs about Jane is one of the best albums in the lexicon. Basically every track on it could have been a Billboard top 3 single, and they all made it on the same album. Then Maroon 5 started making radio music for the money machine and yadda yadda. At least we have this great relic of the musicians Maroon 5 are.

React to Maroon 5’s sophomore album, “It Won’t Be Soon Before Long.” It’s their best album in my opinion, before they started turning into a full-on radio pop band. They even have a “B-side collection” album of 6 or 7 tracks that didn’t make the cut to the actual aforementioned studio album.
