    Neurodivergent training and link between neurodivergent and suicides needs to be looked at in the industry
    How the self employed are treated needs to be looked at in the industry
    Close to 20 percent of individuals with gambling disorder also experience ADHD,
    Approximately 25% of adults being treated for alcohol and substance use disorders are diagnosed with ADHD.
    Construction has an above AVG % of individuals who are neurodivergent with many most likely having ADHD, hence the figures above are most likely higher in construction
    The industry needs to learn about RSD and how this affects people and the way they think about themselves
    I really want the industry to start taking neurodivergent and RSD seriously
