In a period when ED could do no wrong, the show had found a new lease of life after The Plane Crash and Frank/Kim/Dave was probably the shows finest hour ("What Do You Call This Dave, Overtime").

Kim and Frank were just as bad as each other but I think Frank drove Kim to what she did a lot.
