High Tony! I believe that the FC1/FC2 may be for a midi connected controller. Don't quote me haven't tried it myself. I probably need to look it up. Love the information.

You are an incredible teacher. I am learning MODX at age 72 so I need good explanations not just fancy playing and no substance. Thanks.

I bother you with a consultation, can you sound more than 8 tracks at the same time? When I start putting together a sample with more than 8 tracks in "Multi-gm", the tracks from 9 to 16 does not show me the "KBD Ctrl" therefore do not sound. What do I have to do to enable them? From already thank you very much

Great video but it would be good if you could improve your vocal audio.

Hi, My name Anatoly. I have a problem with which I have not been able to figure it out for a long time. I watched dozens of video clips, but I can not find the answer to the problem. My synthesizer MODX6 stopped memorizing the sounds that I save or which I remember from USB or Live set or Favorite. While the synthesizer is turned on, everything is normal, turned off and all the sounds that I recorded in the memory disappear. I don’t know what I pressed wrong, HELP PLEASE...

THe audio interface is capable of only a 44khr output which is not good for me as I always record music in 48khr

Thank you, Tony, for a very enlightening, informative and excellent overview of the most critical "first things." Enjoyed your playing too. The best practical video I have seen so far.

A million thanks...got my Modx 3 weeks ago, played my first gig today, thanks to you I had multiple performances ready, could record pick up my flute or fiddle play along then back to key board and vocal...I studied your video, took lots of notes....Yamaha should be paying you...their articles and instruction booklets require way to much work to get started......you are the best....taking this. for a church gig next week...you have been the answer to my prayers...Jeannine

Hi Tony, Thanks for the great instructional video on the MODX 8. I've had mine for about 2 years and I'm finally digging a little deeper into the programming. Your video was amazingly helpful! Thanks!

Nice work showing the details of how some of these features are actually programmed. Was having trouble figuring out exactly how the Scenes function works, but that's exactly what I need for my live gigging. Also very cool the little demo you did on your Brandy live set with the horns tied to pedal. Was also helpful that you timestamped the different subjects in the description. Well done!!!

I'm sure I wouldn't need everything I've just learned MODX can do here, but it's good to know how many things this beast is capable of doing. Very well explained! Still saving for a more modest MODX.
