the law of gravity is not a fact, because there is nothing that guarantees it will operate in every scenario, other than our empirical evidence that it has operated so far. you can’t construct a mathematical or logical proof for the operation of gravity, hence we are only hypothesising that it will apply in every scenario, and cannot actually “prove” it in that sense of the word. science is not a deductive system, it uses inductive reasoning to infer a hypothesis, reaching what we call a “theory”. i suggest you brush up on the difference between inductive and deductive reasoning.

His schtick is reverb, vibrato, and playing tastefully). He was a remarkable for his technical prowess, innovative compositions, and classical influences. His ability to blend classical techniques with hard rock and metal set him apart. Rhoads' solos were not only technically impressive but also melodic and emotionally resonant, showcasing his musical depth.
On the other hand, while Eddie Van Halen was known for popularizing tapping and his inventive use of the whammy bar, Rhoads' style was more refined and intricate. Rhoads' classical training gave him a unique understanding of music theory and composition, allowing him to create complex guitar parts.

I feel as far as his kind of music, EVH’s sound was the best overall when considering the whole song. He was a creative solo guy, but I feel his songs as a whole is what made him so great to listen to. His solo’s were fairly short in any given song so, while he was known for his tapping, I feel his rhythm playing and just how he played and picked the cords throughout his songs made him great. It’s like a lot guitar players can play EVH, but can they create as good of songs as he did, even without the solo’s, and make them sound as good as he did with so many great songs. The guy was ahead of his time in more ways than one. That’s for sure. I can’t think of one bad song by him to be honest. Maybe lyrically, but not EVH’s playing.
I am not saying he was the most technical player as many other are and have been more knowledgeable. Guys like Steve Via, Satch, or maybe even John Petrucci, and guys like them, but EVH just seemed the most creative player, at least in my opinion. It’s like no body taught Eddie how to play like he played. Again, not just the solo’s but his playing throughout the whole song.

@@jimmyb4728 don’t get me wrong dudes in my top 10 of all time but he’s far from greatest of all time. Which is just wild to even think about. Think about how many other amazing guitarists there must be if Jimmy wasn’t the best. I mean it’s a matter of opinion and is highly subjective but still. Even when it comes down to impact of their work, creativity, showmanship etc.

With the emphasis on ROCK guitar player, it is definitely EVH. There are many guitarists that are incredible in many different genres and tons that could be considered to be better players, but when you ask anyone on the street to name a ROCK guitarist? EVH. The first thing people want to learn when they pick up a guitar? Eruption
He inspired a new generation of virtuoso guitar players and had a major impact on the future of ROCK as a genre.
