There’s a boxing club nearby me every now and then depending on my budget I pay for some sessions I pay attention to their instructions as much as I can because of the fact of they Know what they’re doing often times I do what I see off of Coach Anthony I often don’t even feel likeI know what I’m doing but people come up to me and asked me where I got the moves I learned since I’m not clearly part of the gym Out of respect to the gym I don’t kill them who I got this from tonight glorify a different instructor I just don’t think it’s respectful but I don’t think I would be anywhere my training with what little I have if it wasn’t for Coach Anthony’s videosHe really is the man

Coach Anthony just wanted to let you know it's a good thing what you're doing you're a good asset to boxing by putting these videos on helping these young kids and young man and women even adults they didn't have that when I was fighting back 35 years ago there was very minimal gyms in my hometown and of course they didn't have the internet so that's very good you take your time out and do that to help these up-and-coming beginners and intermediate adults anybody. I just wanted to congratulate you on that I've watched a couple of your videos and you really know what you're doing good job coach Anthony... I fought for 17 years amateur and Pro and I appreciate what you doing take care... JOSE

I'm glad I discovered your channel. I love your content. Im 43 years old. I did kick boxing, jiu jitsu and a little mma back when I was a teenager and very early 20s. I restarted my jiu jitsu journey back in 2015. I complete in jiu jitsu and love it. During quarantine, I was doing shadow boxing here and there for fun. I decided to do some boxing workouts. I found I really enjoy boxing workouts and want to continue after quarantine even if it's only 1 or 2 days a week. I'll continue to watch your channel and I am going to purchase one of your digital downloads soon. Thank you for providing great content and making me realize I have so much to learn about boxing.
