@@realobamagaming I love Payday 2 but I wish it kept moments like that in. Im one of the few weird people that likes the escape missions because it shows that the Gang aren’t perfect and can make mistakes or have rogue variables in their plan that force them to improvise.
@@uberd3323 100% with you on that, although it does show the progression of the gang as pros in payday 2, the quality over quantity of the first game made it really payday
@@uberd3323 Green Bridge is an example of one the gang fuck ups, the explosion from the oil trailers were uncounted for and ended up killing some civilians in the process.

Is it me or is the Police AI more smarter in the hiest while in PAYDAY2 the police have a tactic called throwing yourself in the cross fire
well only on some hests in payday 2. such as THE DIAMOND AKA a case study into why throwing moe bodies at the problem doesnt solve it
Your right they are smarter in the first game compared to the second. So to compensate for this, spawn a shit ton of cops with higher damage numbers and let's see what happens.

And if the code works, if you're playing on harder difficulties, once you break a glass in the vault, tazers and shields spawn instantly on the vault.

The first game was more about the heist side of things. While the second was about farming, and building your name as an Infamous Criminal. Both are respectable, and good games. Overkill with the Big Bank Heist introducing a finally difficult heist to the game seems to be noting that they need to appease the original games fans. So be expecting the new heists(THE Diamond heist, Hoxton Breakout, Casino) to be more like the original.
You are more like mercenaries than robbers in PAYDAY 2 :/

Tomekk ya, that's cool but, in payday the heist you had more of a "heister" feel.
I agree, the heists in general were more 'movie'-like in feel, but we got some of those in PD2 now. Big Bank, Diamond Heist for example.

With the PD1 soundtrack as DLC though, this kicks ass in the FBI HQ on Firestarter Day 2 or Framing Frame Day 3 :D

To me at least, I was terrified of tazers and bulldozers more there.

Stealth on this mission in PDTH kinda easier than in PD2 with cameras and guards on every corner.
But when you're playing offline with bots, and you see shitload of cops with dozer in vault....
Was it just me who noticed that the Police Assault warning at the bottom of the screen blinked perfectly to this part of the song? Either way, I still remember running around trying to reset the security boxes before Wolf got his bit of DLC. Now I stealth it and if you can't stealth it, you're a scrub. :p

considering that they are guarding million of dollars worth of diamonds and sapphires in the area, the garnet building would probably equip them with heartbeat monitors and pagers. if you sit around for long enough, you can hear guards reporting in that they've checked a room. keeping in mind that somebody shut off the camera systems in the area, any guards not answering reports or heartbeat monitors going dark is going to be considered a break-in, and the area will go under heavy alert.
Well, the CEO of Garnet Group is an fucking idiot for not being enough Smart to get a Better security System.

Or the last 2 seconds of the specific guard are used for pressing the alarm button on his equipment belt, if he happens to have one, I believe security guards have a alarm button which is in contact of the alarm system of the building they are supposed to protect.
Step 1. Hack boxes.
Step 2. Empty the sapphire display cases/take out cameras.
Step 3. Enter codes and hope they work.
Step 4. Smash and grab.
Step 5. ESCAPE!
