What happens is that singers and choirs make it suddenly present for our ears to hear, our hearts to feel, our links to meld with others around us. And when they stop singing, part of us knows that the magic is still there, but just less visible.
I cannot express how totally stunning this is. Every nite, every phrase and raised eyebrow expresses an infinite amount. In all the current horror and inhumanity, this is a true oasis of beauty and serenity Thank you for being part of this world

While I feel I am utterly grasping at straws when I come to imagine what it took to create this, what it takes to perform it, and what it may take to reach such altitudes again in composition and performance, I know one thing is for sure; I'm so thankful. I'm just so incredibly thankful for being in this moment now, experiencing this second with all of you.
