- Part Three of my 7-day Alaska cruise on the Norwegian Joy with my mother, brother, sister, niece and nephew. This segment includes a whale sighting, traveling to the Dawes Glacier through Endicott Arm, the tourist trap Icy Strait Point, the rustic town of Hoonah, Norwegian's much-hyped "glow party", and the incredibly beautiful city of Victoria, British Columbia.

Hate to break it to you, but the icy straight whale was just an animatronic (kidding).
I feel like every cruise has a stop like that. The "private, money grab" stop. Can't believe the small town folk weren't more welcoming!
Great little video series. Nice seeing the Norwegian Joy from your honest point of view. Cheers !!
Thanks - glad you enjoyed it!
I could skip the cruise and hang out in Victoria.
I agree. Beautiful town.
thanks for showing us Alaska ! I am part of the crew and I was excited to cruise Alaska this year on the Joy but after this pandemic it got cancelled.
The potential of a multi night Beatles coverband concert event makes me contemplate cruising. What was louder: Noisy door or Ringo in the big hall? All in all, looked fun and kind of cold. Thanks for sharing.
LOL, Ringo was definitely louder!
It was a fun cruise, but I can't say I'm jonesing to go on another one anytime soon.
Borderline is one of my go-tos for karaoke as well :)
Looks like you had a great family vacay. Must have been really nice in August.
