Very nice example of the Colony Park, nice color. So many of these were outfitted with leather seats and almost all had cornering lamps. Both the Ford LTD Country Squire and Mercury Colony Park were available with higher level trims and nicer amenities than the GMs - even most of the Buick Estate Wagons.
Had one CP wagon for a year. Friend of mine was in the Navy and left it in my care when he was stationed in Japan for a year. Best wagon I ever "owned". He came back to the states and took it back, the selfish wretch!!! The nerve!!
It's fascinating how even in 1991 these cars still looked retro. At the time it was considered outdated but nowadays it would be a badass classic.
