If you are having good cutoff like 180 or 185+ never opt for civil engineering... I am saying it from my experience. No respect, no work life balance, low salary.. your college doesn't matter here 😢 I am also a victim of this branch from one of the top institutes... If you are still going for this branch in top institute try to get placed in IT companies in campus placement itself.... Go for any circuit branch you are eligible for all IT companies... We civil and mech are not even eligible for attending IT placement in most of the companies

@@financewithabishekBrother i also prepared for the gate and cracked it enough to get into top NITs.... Do you know how many vacancies in psus through gate for civil engineers its not more than 150 but the competition is nearly 1 lakh... And ellarukum veetla irundhu varusha kanakka prepare panra time irukathu.... Naa ellaryum civil eduka venamnu sollalaye nalla cutoff vachirundha naa panna athe mistake panna theva illanu solren... And one more thing i am currently working in one of the good company in civil engineering still I can say it is the worst branch and getting into IT with civil engineering off campus is really tough this is the reality brother.. i am sorry if you get offended

In India there is low scope for aeronautical engineering most of them are working in IT sector only... If your aim is to work in IT companies go for this course in top colleges but if you have true interest in Aeronautical I suggest you to do MS from countries like US or UK after your graduation.... you have plenty of opportunities there

@@AriprokillerProAribro don't listen to them many people still can't figure out what they are going to do in their early 30s... There is nothing wrong in having confusion in choosing a career in your 18s... So consult many people and choose your course according to your interest
