Then comes the part of candidate performance, and hear Ma'am Noor Ul huda has been found very profound in knowledge. However, at the start she kept eye contact with all the interviewers but after a time she lost this. Also, she didn't give up on the mark answers of a few questions like when she was asked about the background of the Indus water treaty, she replied with the latter development after the treaty was reached. It can be due to the interview pressure. Regardless, her knowledge, deliverance and confidence are worth appreciating.

I think nobody notice she is speaking in US accent, and her fluency is next level with best use of vocabulary. She really speaks like English TV anchors of Pak.
She has good knowledge and high level of confidence. She managed well to impress the panel, but one thing that I found Initially she was not giving the answer to the question what was being asked rather she was discussing about here & there. Later she managed herself well but, she gave lengthy answer to the questions which I think she must have told in very short. And third one was that she was speaking very fast without even thinking for a mint about the question! I found these things, Otherwise everything thing was good. She deserves to be the assistant commissioner❤

She was answering the questions only bookish things thats why the interviewer insisted i need to hear your opinion After that she answered some questions with her opinion which she nailed. I think the interview could be much more interesting if she had given opinions on the most of the questions.

Some point and topic is missing in this interview.Interview is not just only ask about general condition and crisis of any country .1stly find in candidate aware about condition and question of the topic and also include the candidate habits and hobbies bcz some question generate from habits and hobbies its also explain the candidate self maturity.UPSC candidate prepare about hobbies and habits bcz it's make more strong side of the interview ...
