Yes it's the perfect time to implement the Uniform Civil Code , not only in one state but the centre must also consider to implement it on National Level , it will promote equality , women empowerment and most importantly the law which judge every body will be same ..
we saw what happened with Farm laws the centre cannot guard its own boundaries any implentaion for any reform must now begin with the states so the outlaws and traitors can be contained (i call them traitors cause they use force and intimation to threaten the removal of an act passed by the representatives of the people thereby showing their disobidience towards the Indian constitution).
I think now its the best time to implement the UCC so we as a nation can reap the benefit in next 10-15 years. Equality granted by this law will remove all the unnecessary religious, moral and mental burden from our citizens and they would start contributing to their personal & national growth.

I strongly support the UCC in India, Govt should implement the UCC PAN India. This will justify the women right, equality in society. One nation on Civil procedure Code, as like Criminal Procedure Code. I request all people should support the UCC to reform our law system and easy the Judiciary process for Civil Society. Govt should spend for awareness of people about UCC with details in root level, what is it ? every indian should know the UCC. All political parties need support the reform the Civil law for better society siding the vote bank politics.

Time to time Indian judiciary has felt the need of UCC while making a decision and has commented several times over implementing this so I guess now is the time to initiate this. Uttarakhand will serve as a model and as an initial experience for other states to decide whether they should follow or not.
Check the ground reality...UCC will not do equality it will become a double benefit to female candidate...female candidate should get equal rights to husband's property but not in father's property because every father spends a lot in daughter's marriage...daughter getting equal rights in father's property will increase torture rates from husband side for claiming property..if daughter doesn't claim then husband side will torture and if she claims then brother will get jeoulous of loss because in marriage father has spend a lot of money and now in property also she is coming...always think of ground reality...after marriage daughter should not get anything from brothers property until there is will from father's side she should only get from husband side...

Uniform civil court, NRC, Population control law... Definitely needed for our country's growth. Change is needed to these old laws. It's no one's personal, neither to Muslims nor to any other religion.
It will be equal to all, so apart for vote bank politics, and it will be beneficial to every Indians irrespective of religion or sex.

Uniform civil code & Population Control bill is the need of the hour otherwise demography of India in many states are changing rapidly and that will lead to disaster like what happened to Kashmiri Hindus in 1990, what happened to Hindus of Kairana, currently atrocities going on Hindus in WB and Kerala and many other parts of India is the living example of it.

I live in uttarakhand and I totally support the decision of Pushkar Dhami Sir...It's the right time to implement the code...however there is a chance of a lot protests from different religion...but after sometime everything will become alright👍
