No he doesn't sing at all like 20 and 30. He has lost all the power in his voice for a long time already. At least the tone still there and musically the band is great.

Scoundrel days , the best and powerful song
After a slowish start that was just such a great show. Amazing how good A-Ha is after all these years. The obvious songs of course are classics, but the likes of Crying in the Rain, Hunting High & Low & Stay On These Roads stand the test of time

I listened to this when I positioned back from Dubai and then when I went on holiday to Saint Lucia and back home to Gatwick with British Airways. Sounded amazing when I first heard so I searched it and found it again. Great music from a great band.

Eh Rui sem falar que eles sao muito amigos desde sua adolescencia, creseceram juntos e sao unidos ate hoje! Mortem sempre teve sua voz e ouro, mas claro com o tempo se perde alguma coisa em sua performance, mas todos estao de parabens e eu meus irmaos e amigos no Brasil sempre curtimos demais a banda A-ha, a melhor banda de pop rock de todos os tempos!

fabulous AHA ..have loved them for 30 yrs...love this and was lucky to see them last year in Manchester..my absolute favourites are "Living a Boys Adventure tale" and "You are still my brother" ...I know they dont feature but the other songs are none to shabby!!

@@JohnWick74 He is right. It is Paul (English) / Pål (Norwegian). The sound 'å' in Norwegian is almost the same as 'au' in English. That's why Pål started writing his name Paul, since the letter 'å' from the Norwegian alphabet is not to be found outside of the Nordic countries.

In the Guardian newspaper Morten was asked: Did you enjoy your recent BBC Radio 2 concert?
No, I was very uncomfortable because I had a really bad sound in my ears and my sound man was fighting throughout the gig to sort it out but he didn’t really succeed. It was deeply frustrating because it was a great crowd, there was a lot of excitement, and it should have been a great moment - and it was a great moment, for most of the people there. But not for me.
True not the best performance
I remember watching this at the time and feeling like I was watching a singer well past his peak, yet I was also somewhat confused as I’d seen Morten sing just a little earlier and he was fantastic. I’d been meaning to watch this again for some time and it’s clear he’s wrestling with the sound. Reading your comments though puts it into context, and I’m glad I’ve read it, as I can rest assured he is indeed a great singer. For proof check out their MTV performance from a couple of years ago, complete with orchestra and special guests. That’s a great show, and they also released it on CD and DVD, of course.

🇧🇷😍🇳🇴 quando ouvi essa banda a primeira vez nos anos 80 tinha 4 anos e depois os vi em 89 pela a TV no show aqui no Brasil e já gostava deles mas em 91 no Rock in rio que bateu a explosão de amor ❤😘 por eles pq foi nessa época que eles mostraram O verdadeiro A-Ha. Fiquei completamente apaixonada.

And now it's 2022, and I got my ticket for Stavanger, Norway in May. I was 18 back in 1985. It only took me 37 years to get hold of a ticket to a-ha. Can hardly wait.
It's a pleasure to see A-Ha back and doing well, I've always liked their melancholic and moody songs like Stay On These Roads which definitely made them stand out from other 80s synthpop bands

They still sound great! As Morten was having some issues with his in ear monitors, he could step up and get into perform more to make up the sound issue... not many would notice the sound problem he was having. besides that, great band as always!

i wanna point out, how much a good presentation does to the hype in the crowd.... this lady perfectly introduced them...regarding Morten...he is still beautiful as ever ...but his voice has changedm through the years...it s become thinner and lighter ... that said, he s forever gonna be one hell of a great singer,his lyirical and dramatic way of singing perfectly shaped Aha s songs
