Cosmic Ghost Rider: I knew I should of shot the damn baby.
as much as I love this whole arc, I am really dissapointed on how much they disregarded and played with cosmic ghost rider, dudes one of the most powerfull characters and gets beat like that, make him drunk! make him anything but a punching bag to have a reason why he ain't just burning everything
I appreciate Donny Cates trying to take the Guardians of the Galaxy back to the elite space fighting force they were during the Abnett/Annihilation days. Unfortunately, for me, it doesn't work only because Abnett was lucky in that the Marvel cosmic universe was kind of a mess, so it was easy to define it. Now, Cates was trying to make it more defined. Definier.
Epic! My favorite part of the story was when Groot sticks Rocket in his chest and turns into mech wooden gun Groot.
Looks like Benny is changing plans on the full Comic Book stories.

I applaud your timing
love benny's style of the voices.. and talking groot is great.. .. its crazy . movies can literally cost 1-100s of millions and barely get any message or character developement across much less a decent story usually. but this probably cost around 200-500 usd a page and does more than most. i'll give them mcu credit where deserved even if it did take alot of movies to show off. but others seem like they dont even try worrying only about some dramatic scene or action sequence and leading the characters from plot point to plot point. one meh example but still an adaptation.. we get more character development and interaction in a few lines between peter and groot than the entirety of the house of the dead movies. (minus kirk but thats not so much more development and instead just that jurgen i think the actor's name was, is like the best part about the crapshow of a movie lol)

@@Bruce_Banner1962 truth. and omg YES man... a few of the others are cool or whatever but lockjaw is my favorite inhuman by far. even zombie lockjaw was pretty adorable lol. i love what marvel and dc managed to do with him and dexstar. i accidentally ended up on this video havent been up to date on the comics in a bit. but getinng to see the interactions with talking groot and rocket/starlord i loved it! Lockjaw showing up as one of bill's warbound was just beautiful delicous cream icing on the cake that was the story lol... plus ... the msg reference

instead i think a bit more a timing thing. they probably did the comic that way on purpose. it is surprising benny decided to compile and finish it around now. but maybe he had some insider information or perhaps rob used his robcore ring to see through time and give him a heads up lol. i kind of want a colab video where its like 50% longer just because rob and benny keep on nerding out and talking about backstory and things they like.

This story makes no sense, cosmic ghost rider kidnapped Thanos by himself. He could take down everybody plus gladiator is on the same team.
