This is pretty much standard equipment in velomobiles. Just a straight shaft with a tee at the top. because there is not room for any other kind of steering. I am not crazy about this type of steering but it goes with the velonaut life style.

I've noticed you have a odd style of steering post, could you post a better vidio of the design of your bike steering for us bike builders................& explain why you like this design over others.
