I haven't got that many American made knives and thought , after seeing all the positive reviews , these were the ones to go for . I am more than pleased with them and was kinda secretly hoping they would be as good , if not better than RCB , particularly after all the controversy . Now , on discord Slippy showed his cracked cover , both sides actually ! I checked mine under a powerful magnifying glass and found the tiniest crack on a pin ....minute ...but there . They used liners , not brass , but liners , as we know RCB don't . Bottom line ...which is best ? I think RCB , marginally . I know that I will buy more Bear knives because the quality for the money is exceptional ! Now my question to you ....which is best ? .....Tough isn't it ?
