I could feel the racism out of most of the reactions to the movie trailer, I was like, they are really losing their minds over one black character, the greater active actor right now Denzel, and a hip hop hit no church in the wild which compliments the story and trailer
The right wing is as easily triggered as the left

To be fair, when has Hollywood been historically accurate?? And since when did we look to Hollywood for history lessons?

Right, the movie looks good and should be entertaining. Cleopatra has been played by white actresses for decades

This has nothing to do with historical accuracy. This has everything to do with brainwashing propaganda. A whole generation is growing up thinking black people have been in Europe for 2,000 years and that half the United States and Europe is black people. They see it in commercials where blacks are 65-75% of the advertisements in those territories and they see it in every movie and TV show. This is brainwashing propaganda. People are furious and Hollywood has lost billions the last five years pumping this crap out.
You try to reduce the cultural genocide, in our own country, to “well, when has Hollywood ever been accurate”….
They have to hamfist black, gay or female protagonist stories into every movie now… The animosity this has bred the last five years…and people wonder why this country is so far apart.

You are right about Cleopatra.....Jesus and Moses have been played so many times by Caucasian men.......And?

@@gemeaux2000 The United States was 90% white for 300+ years from the the 1600’s to the 1960’s. When a culture is 90-100% dominant they produce entertainment that reflects the local population for a couple of reasons, but mainly because that’s the talent pool being taken from, so there is no other choice. Obviously a lot has changed since the 1960’s, the world became more globalized and we’ve since seen greater diversity depicting in film.
The difference here is the absurdity in today’s overrepresentation that is clearly meant to erase the majority populations (america is 75% white btw) and their acheivements.. A great example of this is in Dr. Who they made Issac Newton an Indian Man… these are calculated moves by leftist activists trying to systemically erase white males and white male achievement.
Moses and Jesus are debatable as light skinned people, but it’s’ no forgone conclusion that they weren’t light skinned. There are light skinned people all throughout the Middle East and North Africa.. think Zinedine Zidane, indigneous to North Africa.
