Life of a Surfing Japanese Chef

I’ve spent a few days with Yuya Kachi, a surfing Japanese chef who runs a bar restaurant called Awaited, in Daitabashi city. He serves dishes that go well with wine.
With his food truck, he drives the streets of Tokyo to serve Japanese curry during lunchtime, his street food is well enjoyed by metropolitan employees.
On his time off he enjoys going surfing in the Shonan area to clear his mind and enjoy nature.
