Pakoray & Whipy Whip Fruit Salad | Masaledar Ramzan with Chef Shireen Anwar | 12 March 24 | MasalaTV
Pakoray Recipe Ingredients:
Finely chopped potatoes 2-3
Finely chopped onions 1-2
Green onions 1-2
Mint as required
Curd 2 tbsp
coriander as required
Salt to taste
Chopped chili as required
Gram flour as required
Method:
Mix potatoes, onions, green onions, green coriander, and mint finely. Now add curd, turmeric, salt, chopped chilies, and besan to them and leave it for 10 minutes. Now fry them in hot oil in the form of pakoras.

Sweet Melon 1
Bananas 6
Fresh strawberries 10-12
Method:
Cut all the fruits and put them in 1 bowl. Now add cream to it and garnish with fresh strawberries.
