Thank God they brought Roger back to close the show. Even though he didn’t get much screen time in this episode, having him say the last spoken line and sing the last long brings the show full circle since he also said the last spoken line in the pilot/first episode

DVD was barely a thing either and when it was, it was the late 90s and mainly for movies only. We didn't see box sets of tv shows until like 2002 They can't exactly license a song for a thing that didn't even exist yet. Plus every song is different Multiple people can co-own rights to a song. and all it takes is one co-owner to say no, and it's automatically out of the question. When Tv One's Unsung did a 702 episode, they had to play "Steelo"s video on mute because one of the song's co-owners refuses to license it to tv one.
