This reminds me of those 90s ITV Jobfinder slideshows. It was a UK late night teletext thing that advertised available jobs, & had very similar sounding music.
Not gonna lie, these are kinda sweet to hear. The only problem I had is the volume being blared out when the announcers are speaking. You might want to lower it down when they speak to make room for them, then turn it up once their spiels are done. Otherwise, nice job. You would've convinced me these were the actual weather forecast music if you show me this without contexts.

it was 59 degrees in Birmingham that morning. I hated it to the core! I don’t want October in July.
Personally I'd take 59 over 89 almost any day.
And I thought the song in 8:10 would be better with the Gemini ship video than a forecast.
