Yes, you can keep increasing/adding rounds until the preferred length. Since this is top down you can try it on as you go and stop when it's the length you like :)

can I use worsted weight 4 yarn??
If you can meet gauge so it doesn't change the sizing, and you like the look of the fabric in a lighter weight, then yes.
It’s beautiful but doesn’t look like the one on the picture. Is the adult size lengthen with another pattern or does the model have a same colour shirt under?
The adult size was made the same as in the pattern instructions, and the model is wearing a white undershirt when modeled. Garments can fit differently on anyone, so if more length is desired more rounds can be repeated.

Hey! I bought this pattern and I started working on it and I’m worried my neck ribbing is too long. I don’t want to keep working on it if it is. Any help is much appreciated. I am making the XL.
Everyone is different when it comes to fit so if you feel the neck is going to be too long it’s very easy to adjust. Chain less stitches when starting the ribbing to make it shorter.

Briana at the point of your video 9:26 when you chain 1 and then you begin doing the back double crochet and then the front double crochet and you alternate back double crochet then front double all the way around the neck of the project. For the Adult size poncho, can you please tell me how many back double crochet, and front double crochet stitches I should have stitched all the way around? Up until this point my project has been coming out right on point until I got to this back and front double stitches, my number of stitches are off. Throughout most of your pattern you state that the number of stitches for an Adult size poncho should total 78 stitches. But in this particular round of back double crochet and front double crochet stitches, (video section 9:26) I’m not getting a total of 78 stitches when I complete the entire round…I’ve ended up with only 76 stitches all the way around this particular round. Please tell me what might have gone wrong if my stitch count has been right on point before this. I would I appreciate your help. By the way Thank you for sharing this video, your crochet projects are beautiful!
Briana if possible can you please answer my question above? I’m having a dilemma after having done the front double crochet then the back double crochet stitches after having completed my neck portion. I’m crocheting an Adult size poncho and after completing my front and back double crochet stitches around the entire neck, I am not getting a total of 78 stitches. The pattern calls for 78 stitches for the Adult size, can you give me your input as to why I’m only totaling 76 stitches?
I want to work on 4 year size.

Little tip. You turn your work the wrong way. In crochet, you should always turn your work like pages in a book. You want the yarn in the back. Not the front.
