It's actually a billiard ball attached to a ring via bungee cord. The devs searched up DIY weapons online to show that DeadSec aren't regular people and instead internet hackers.
But yeah, still prefer the baton.

it is possible with every handgun, it is also possible with the D12 shotgun because it is coded like a handgun.

Alienation 25 you have to do it while in a firefight or if you've been discovered already.
